Here at The Sparkle Trail, we care about you and your packages. That’s why we recommend purchasing shipping insurance for all orders to protect your purchase in case of lost, damaged, or stolen goods. The Sparkle Trail is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages if insurance is not purchased. If you want to add insurance to your package, you can purchase additional insurance here.
Once your package has shipped, it is out of our hands and in the care of USPS. Unfortunately, as a small business, we can not afford to take on the expense of every package that gets lost. If you do not add insurance, your package will not be refunded or replaced. Please note that insurance does not cover late packages, and we will not refund or resend your package simply because it is late. If you purchase insurance and your package gets lost, we will send a refund or replacement after your package has been in transit for 30 days.
